Application

■ As it has good adaptability to and removal effect of fine particles and fiber waste contained in sewage, it is widely applied in the upgrading reconstruction, reinforced pre-treatment technological processes of sewage treatment plants.

■ Adopt the front and back closed construction on the top, directly connect with the grille slag conveyor, and improve the working environment;

■ The equipment can be under full-automatic operation control according to the water level difference or at regular time to reach the best energy-saving effect;

The technological calculation process is as follows:

■ Discharge capacity (m³/h) = Unit discharge capacity (m³/m². h) × Effective discharge area (m²)

■ Effective discharge area (m²) = Effective water depth (m) × Effective filtering surface breadth (m)

■ Effective water depth (m) (the design well water velocity is 0.8m/s) = Grille water depth (m) – Water head loss (m)

■ The reference values of water head losses are shown in the table below:
