Cheneng MPF Dissolved Air Flotation Clarifier is suitable for wastewater streams containing solids, oils, and greases, which are difficult to settle or have a tendency to float. With proper chemical conditioning we remove colloidal and emulsified materials. Complete pretreatment systems can be supplied.

DAF is a high efficiency dissolved air flotation (DAF) unit with applications including sludge thickening, wastewater clarification and oil and grease removal.

Excellent performances are achieved thanks to the circular low head geometry of the cell, the innovative hydrodynamics of fluids in both entering and exiting the cell, and the proven efficiency of the floating sludge removal system.

The performance of the DAF flotation unit is superior to that of similar or alternative technologies both as a clarifier of primary or secondary effluent waters and as a thickener for biological sludge.

The system features a micro-bubble screening system, which results in high efficiency clarification and displays a high degree of operational reliability.
